Now to some this may not seem like a big deal but for a guy who has only been shooting since August this is a big deal. A few weeks ago I received an email about a photo I took when I was at Jekyll Island. It was from a man who runs a campaign to save Jekyll Island (not in a spiritual sense but in an environmental sense). I was honored to give them the rights to use the photo on their webpage. You can check them out here and see the photo on their homepage (scroll down toward the bottom). Below is the photo they chose to use. I was really excited for someone to find me on google and choose to use my image. Yeah!
Hey Blog world I have been on the go the last few days but amidst my crazy schedule I found some time for this awesome family. George and Stacey go to our church and work in our children’s area!!! They have two awesome boys (William and Joshua)-Warning the pics below of the boys are AWESOME! I want to thank them for being such awesome troopers in the freezing cold!!! The boys at one time were completely miserable. Also in some of the pics is Stacey’s Mom. Enjoy a few of my favorites below and then check out their slideshow.

Hey blog readers I am wiped out right now but I had to post one pic before I went to bed. I want to introduce you to Matt and Sara. I met Matt a few years ago when I had to run sound for an event that he was singing at. He is a very gifted musician that is getting married this summer to the lovely Sara. (Matt don’t screw it up between now and then she is a keeper.) Anyways I will be shooting their wedding this coming June and today we did their engagement session. I have to say these guys were awesome!!! I will get the rest of the pics up later on this week. Here is one that caught my eye as I was downloading them! Enjoy!
Well the day started off today with a drive to north Georgia for my families Christmas get together. I love going up there! The first stop we made was at a pasture where Madison fed her first horse. YEAH for Madison!!! Then it was time to eat some yummy home cooking! I am still stuffed to the rafters from that! Anyways if you are a photographer you understand the problem we have! We have to take pictures all the time. Well here are a few of my favorites from the day. The last few are of my sister (Angela) and her crazy husband (Ross). I hope they use some of these for their christmas cards. Which by the way are available through my proof site.
Family I will upload the rest of the pics to the proof site tonight! Enjoy!

I know what you are wondering isn’t the Thanksgiving Holidays all about football and turkey. Well to some families that is a priority however to the Hammocks they know how to take thanksgiving day to a whole nutha level. My father in law decided since he had all the sons and son in laws in town he would make the most of “our” time. Out on the backside of the Hammocks house was a tree that was threatening to fall. Now the task at hand was to take the tree down without crushing the back of the house. Sounds fun doesn’t it!!! That was a task all of the men in our family welcomed. Now keep in mind that I was not helping much! Instead I was photographing the entire event because you never know my photos could make the next Bill Engvall road show. “Here’s ya Sign” I had too many great photos to post them all but I wanted to post a few to give you a glimpse into the hard working men of our family. Enjoy.
Before I go I must say that I have finally found a way that men enjoy having their photos
made—WORKING! Hammock family YOU ROCK!
OK BECAUSE THE LADIES ASKED FOR IT HERE IS A SLIDESHOW! THE SONG MAKES IT PERFECT!
If you have ever had to cut wood you understand this!
How cool does this pic look.
Bart had to borrow Amanda’s sun glasses for eye protection. Real men can wear those and get away with it
Pull don’t let it fall on the house!!!!!!!!!

The Tree did not fall on the house (dang it) but I had to post this one because Nathan loves his new found Gold’s Gym muscles
