My First Artist Shoot — Anderson Duncan

OK OK OK!!!! I cannot keep this photo from the public eye any longer!  I was going to wait until I finished all the edits but this one is way to cool to keep from your eyes.

I want you to meet Anderson Duncan a young music artist and outright cool kid.  I have had so much fun getting to know this guy.  Our shoot was a lot of fun! Anyways I have never been more exited about a photo in my life.  Anderson will go on to record the album in the next few months and I think this may have to be the CD cover!  Anyways I will post the others and trust me the creative juices were flowing and we really have some really cool stuff for you to see later.

Drum Rolllllllllllllllll

I call this the “Triune Anderson”:)

Las Vegas for WPPI

Well the past few days were crazy.  Me, my wife, Chad and Brandy Shirley left sunday morning bound for a little education and a lot of fun.  We had a blast and we did learn a few things about photography.  We also realized we were getting old because we were ready for bed at 9:30 every night.  It was really cool meeting a few of the people who inspire me to be a better photographer.  I am itching to shoot right now just thinking about some of the principles that I took away.  I always want to be a learner!  The moment we think we know it all is the moment we fall flat on our face.  To be honest we did not take that many photos.  Below are a couple of my favorites from the week.

Creative Storyboards for your home decor! Summey Family

Well a few months ago I had the incredible opportunity to do a photo session with the Summey’s.  They were awesome!  Well Donna wanted me to put together a few storyboards from their session.  This is my first attempt at storyboards.  I did the layouts in photoshop.  I cannot wait to see these in print they look incredible on my screen! Here are a few dumbed down versions of them.

This is a 20 x 10 inch image to be printed on Matte Board.

Here is another 20 x 10 image

This one I made as a 11 x 14

Photobucket

This is also a 11 x 14 but I can resize any of these  to 8 x 10 and even 5 x 7’s to fill up your wall!

I really liked the way this turned out.  It is different but I like it!  Gonna do a few of these for my wall!

The beauty of these boards is that I can create them anyway you want with any pics from your session.  I will be offering these as an add on to my current package.  If you would like to request one from your previous sessions let me know and I will get them created and ordered for you.
