The Seabolt’s Miracle Baby–Hudson–My first newborn shoot

Well I want everyone to meet my cousin’s son–HUDSON!!!!!!! :)  He is our families little miracle baby boy.  I will not go into all the details of the long extensive (very painful) journey that Matt and Jennifer have had to endure to see this day become a reality but I will say that I am SO SO thankful that God chose to send them another blessing!!!!  OUR MIRACLE!!!

I can already tell you that this little man will be a GEORGIA BULLDOG fan a FALCONS fan and a huge BRAVES fan.  Heck if Matt has anything to do with it he may play for all 3 teams one day. :)   

Anyways here are a few photos I snapped of this little guy while we were visiting them on Thursday.  Make sure at the end of the post you check out the slideshow.  

I loved the baby room!! So creative! Here are a couple of the signs that hang in there.

Gabe + Jessica + Kennedy + Charlotte = Awesome Family

Well I have to admit I felt a bit rusty entering into this family session.  I have recently been shooting weddings, artist and magazine work.  I must say I want to do MORE and MORE family sessions.  I had a blast hanging with a great High School friend Gabe and his awesome family. We both graduated from Henry County High School in 1997.  Wow we are getting OLD! :) I also have had the opportunity to serve with Gabe through an organization called Powerplant for the past 6 years.  We have stayed in touch over the years.  He had contacted me about doing a family session with his lovely wife Jessica and his 2 adorable kids.  

Before we move on to the family photos I had to make this comparison.  I don’t know if many of you have heard of Josh Lucas (the actor)  but my wife pointed out to me that Gabe kinda looks like him.  So I took the liberty of doing a separated at birth comparison.  What do you Think?  TWINS maybe????

A little shoot for a Magazine

A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to work with Don and his really nice ride.  Don owns a Cadillac CTS-V and was selected by an Atlanta business magazine for a special business achievement award.  He contacted me about doing a photo shoot for the magazine.  He wanted something that conveyed the idea of quality and consistency.  So below is the pic that will be featured in the magazine.  When the publication comes out I will make sure and post a link to it here on the blog.

The best part about working with Don is the fact that he is the father of a future Bride that I will be photographing.  Check out his daughters shoot – Paul & Karen

Matt & Sara — Wedding

Music Group “I The Captive” Photo Opp

A couple of weeks ago I had the chance to work with this incredible group of guys.  These guys are a part of the music group “I the Captive”.  They wanted some new promo pics for some of their upcoming gigs and CD.  I was honored to spend a few hours with these guys.  You may remember Anderson (aka Andy) from one of my previous artist shoots.  Anyways here are a couple of the shots from their session.  Enjoy!

Matt & Sara Moody First Glance!! & A Mission Trip

Well it has been a couple of weeks now since I had the opportunity to post a blog. I have been out of the country on a mission trip with 58 adults and teenagers from around the USA. Also I wanted to introduce you to the incredible Mr. and Mrs Matt Moody. :) I shot their wedding the saturday before I left to go out of the country. I wanted to give a little tease to some of the goodness that awaits from their wedding day. Let’s say their photos are incredible. I can’t wait to show them off. Anyways here is one for now.
